Our 3-day adventure has finally come to an end, but the memories we made will last a lifetime!
Today, our ES students went on a trip to Mike Farm in BeiPu, they got hands-on with traditional Hakka food-making, from grinding tea (擂茶) to crafting delicious rice noodles (粄條) and more. They also enjoyed refreshing waterplay under the warm sun.
A big thank you to the amazing hosts at Mike Farm for sharing their rich culture with us and to our incredible students for embracing every moment of this journey. Let’s carry these experiences with us as we return to our daily lives, enriched by the flavors and traditions of Hakka heritage.
