Our incredible middle school students have been hard at work in their Sustainable Agriculture class, they’ve designed and created their own self-watering pots for their plants, all while championing upcycling.
In an impressive display of creativity and environmental stewardship, the students scoured our upcycling lab for plastic bottles that would otherwise go to waste. With a little ingenuity and teamwork, they’ve transformed these bottles into innovative self-watering pots that will help their plants thrive!
Why it Matters:
Upcycling: Giving new life to plastic bottles and reducing waste.
Sustainability: Teaching students the importance of resourcefulness and eco-friendly practices.
Hands-On Learning: Encouraging practical application of sustainable concepts in everyday life.
