Farm-to-table(F2T) is a movement and concept that emphasizes the direct connection between food producers (like farmers) and consumers. This approach promotes the use of fresh, seasonal, and often organic produce, reducing the carbon footprint associated with long-distance food transportation.
Key aspects of F2T include:
Local Sourcing ,Freshness ,Sustainability and Community Support and those are exactly what our students do in the Sustainable Agriculture class.
They started from nursing seeds all the way to harvesting ,they were well deserved to enjoy the produce at the end!
