Our Physical Education curriculum focuses on:

Developing fundamental movement abilities such as running, jumping, and coordination, which are essential for everyday activities and sports participation.

Using physical activity as a tool to reduce stress, build self-esteem, and improve focus and concentration. We emphasize the connection between physical health and mental well-being.
