When you want to drink something really natural ,those are what you can pick in our eco garden.

Our Honor Sustainable Agriculture class has it’s mid-term project in an interesting yet educational fashion. Students must studied the use of each herb we grew and then make it drinkable or edible.

Students found out the distinct smell and flavor of each herb that they’ve never tasted before and they realized what “natural” should be like!
