The Debate Club offers students the opportunity to engage in highly competitive NSDA Public Forum Debate, honing their argumentation, critical thinking, and public speaking skills. Our program has built a reputation for excellence, with teams qualifying for the National Championships in the United States for the past three years. We hold practice sessions every Tuesday after school, where students prepare for rigorous debate competitions by researching complex issues, developing persuasive arguments, and mastering the art of effective communication.

Each year, our teams participate in two major tournaments in Taipei, one in October and another in April, providing students with the chance to earn a coveted spot at the NSDA National Tournament held in the US in June. The Debate Club is an excellent platform for students to sharpen their intellectual agility while competing at the highest levels, fostering both individual growth and a strong sense of teamwork.
