Directions
From the North :
Take Highway 1 southbound to Hsinchu exit. Drive toward Hsinchu direction and you will hit Kuang-Fu Road. Take a right on Kuang-Fu Road and keep driving until you see National Tsing Hua Univeristy on your left hand side. Pass National Tsing Hua Univeristy. PAS is on the left hand side right next to the university.
From the South:
Take Highway 1 northbound to Hsinchu exit (95A) for Kuang-Fu Road. Drive toward Hsinchu direction and you will hit Kuang-Fu Road. Take a left on Kuang-Fu Road and keep driving until you see Naitonal Tsing Hua Univeristy on your left hand side. Pass National Tsing Hua Univeristy. PAS is on the left hand side right next to the university.
